To support Municipality Home Environment Centers to provide enrichment programs and social services to children from low-income households in Israel. This grant will support the Center's efforts to prevent children from dropping out of the educational system; provide them with necessary skills to become successful in their educational, family, social and cultural environments; provide early diagnosis and treatment of children with learning disabilities and emotional problems; and provide a stable environment for children from dysfunctional families.
