To support the Impact of Healthcare Facility Design on Outcomes, Satisfaction & the Bottom Line project, a one-day course held in conjunction with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's conference in Atlanta, GA in October 2003. The course will educate healthcare executives on how evidence-based design can create a better work environment, stimulate patients’ healing and recovery, lower patients’ stress, and support patients' family and friends.
