To support ArtSplash, a two-day festival aimed at providing an arts adventure for people of all ages while enhancing Carlsbad’s image and tourist allure. The festival will include a chalk art street painting exhibit, performance workshops, hands-on arts activities, and the sale of arts and crafts objects. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to elementary schools in Carlsbad to support arts education programs.
