Irving Gill Exhibition |

To support the Irving Gill Exhibition, the museum's principal exhibit for 2003. The exhibit will trace the career of modernist architect Irving Gill and focus on his work in Oceanside California from 1929 to 1934. The purpose of the exhibit is to bring attention to Oceanside's architectural heritage and help prevent the loss of architectural assets that are important to the cultural life of the community. The exhibit will also commemorate expansion plans to incorporate two buildings designed by Gill into the Oceanside Museum of Art complex.
