To support the Rockridge Institute, a project of the Tides Center, to develop the institutional infrastructure necessary for the long-term success of the organization. Rockridge is a think tank and resource to non-profit organizations, including NCF grantees, which helps them to more effectively conceptualize and organize their work, set policy agendas and goals, and communicate with broad audiences across lines of issue, constituency and geography. Rockridge will further develop and implement its business plan including hiring staff and building its administrative infrastructure to support and expand programming such as the Promise of America Project, Moral Economy Project, and a fellowship program for young intellectuals concerned with issues of social justice.
