To support the efforts of the Pediatric Advanced Care Team (PACT), a collaboration between Children's Hospital Boston and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. PACT is one of the leaders in pediatric palliative care and assists families and children with advanced illness to prevent, reduce and soothe symptoms. Through a family-centered approach, PACT clinicians promote healing, comfort, and meaningful childhood experiences while at the same time striving for optimal quality of life.
