Director, Administration & Human Resources
Annette Ensley serves as the Director of Administration and Human Resources for the Foundation, and is one of the first members to join the staff in 1989.
Ms. Ensley began her professional career in the travel industry as a Travel Consultant with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) and Executive Vice President for Inverness Travel. For more than a dozen years, she traveled the world expanding her knowledge on the industry and customizing leisurely-paced itineraries. She continued to broaden her management and human relations skills in her work with Russell Reynolds Associates, an executive search firm, and with Mark McCormick's sports marketing and management firm, the International Management Group. Before joining Nathan Cummings, Ms. Ensley worked for ten years as Associate Director for the National Conference of Black Lawyers, an association of lawyers, scholars, judges, legal workers, law students and legal activists.
Ms. Ensley has dedicated her professional and personal life to working to improve the plight of poor, underpaid and underserved persons throughout the world. She volunteers for a number of organizations and helps to raise funds for disaster relief and homeless families, and counsels young adults.
Ms. Ensley serves on the Board of Directors of the National Conference of Black Lawyers.
