Objective 1. Priority will be given to initiatives that have state-wide, regional or national impact.

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH: To create a healthier, more equitable and sustainable quality of life by supporting systemic change, fostering innovation and facilitating the development and implementation of public policies resulting in businesses, government and other institutions taking responsibility for the real health and social impacts of their activities.
Objective 3. CAPACITY BUILDING: To increase the capacity of healthcare advocates, healthcare consumers, and other stakeholders to influence public debates, shape public policy, and build effective alliances.
