NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board Report
To support the research, writing, publication and distribution of the NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board Report, a 10-year review of New York City's Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB). The report analyzes the CCRB's operations and procedures including funding, staffing, the numbers of police misconduct complaints disposed of as well as the nature of the agency's findings and disciplinary recommendations. The publication will be the second such overview created by the NYCLU since the inception of an all-civilian agency in 1993. The previous report covered 1993-1999.
