British Regulator Declares BSkyB ‘Fit and Proper’

The Nathan Cummings Foundation has a history of pressing News Corporation for governance improvements and has called for an end to the Company's dual-class capital structure in light of its anemic response to the hacking scandal in Britain.  The Foundation was asked by New York Times reporter Amy Chozick for its reaction to the recent finding that British Sky Broadcasting was "fit and proper" to hold a broadcast license and is quoted in the following article on the decision.
