The National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy has just issued a report, Towards Transformative Change in Health Care: High Impact Strategies for Philanthropy, which profiles NCF as an "exemplary health funder." It also spotlights the ACA Implementation Fund, which we conceptualized and launched with partners at Atlantic Philanthropies, the Ford Foundation and elsewhere, as a rare and high impact national collaboration.
